I have somehow managed to make it almost through the month of February with no posts so here are a few things we have been up to.
Chinese New Year with some family. Ben made us all an amazing meal that makes of think of Taiwan and how much fun we had there.
[The Best] Fried Rice
Curry on steamed rice
Pot Stickers (homemade)- somehow I didn’t get a picture of them(I guess we ate them too fast), but I did get a picture of the fresh ginger and soy sauce that you dip them in.
and Lettuce wraps (not real Chinese food, but we have a really good recipe)
We then headed to Island Park for the annual Manwaring reunion in Island Park. We stayed for 4 days and were able to get in lots of fun winter play time with awesome snow, snow mobiles, sleds, hot tubs, good food, and fun with family.
Ben made his chinese food again. YUM YUM
Ben started a snow cave that the kids loved and took over for him.
Playing in the Meadow

Then we relaxed

Hey girl, glad to finally see something new on your blog! ;) ha ha. Anyways, looks like you've been having tons of fun, which is awesome! The Chinese food looks amazing, I'm jealous. And by the way, Eli is adorable, in case I haven't mentioned that before. Take care! :)
glad to see you got a post in before the month ended. (; you got some great pictures at the cabin. i am glad that i put that hood over my head before you took that picture. some great shots of natalie in her adorable hat. and eli is such a cutie...so nice of him to share his bouncy toy with his cousins.

Kaylin
I found your link on Amanda's page. What a cute blog. Hope you don't mind if I stop in and "see" you once in a while. Eli is DARLING! Angie Wright
Becky, Pictures are from JCPenny's again, so inexpensive I don't know if I can go anywhere else. $13 for a 8x10, 2 sheets of wallets, 2- 5x7's, 2 4x6. I have figured out that there are only 2 photographers that are good so you have to make sure they are the ones who do it. They did Eli's first pictures and 6 months. Huge difference from the not so good family pictures.;(
Give us a date and I'm sure Ben would love to make his Chinese food again.
Hey Kaylin,
I just started this blogging thing. It is fun, I am starting to get a little addicted I think. You have some cute pics. I had fun "peeking" at your blog and pictures. I would love to get your icon that shrinks pics down. Then maybe it won't feel like it takes over half my day to get pics uploaded and post a blog.
Attention!
