Eli's First Camping trip and our first one this year! & Swimming at Ross Park
We went camping Friday night (a week ago) with Chad, Lesa, & Fam and had a blast. The kids were sooo excited to be sleeping in a tent! Bryson found a catepillar that the kids all were able to love and play with. Eli loved picking up rocks and trying to eat them and walking with a stick (he keeps trying to walk with the broom ever since we have been home). AND OF COURSE.. you can't go camping without great food. We enjoyed Dutch oven 7-up chicken, smores, and breakfast burritos!
Then the next morning we met up with the Manwaring family for Owen's(our nephew)birthday party and had a blast in the HOT sun! (sorry...my camera wasn't working that day and I had to borrow a few pictures from other blogs) Eli enjoyed some licorice and almost fell asleep in the pool. Ben impersonated a whale (you can never say he doesn't provide great fun!) It was a great day!
