Eastern Idaho State Fair
On Monday, even though it was raining earlier and a colder than usual day, we decided to go to the Fair for dinner. We had fun as always and the lines were much smaller than usual. My brother Chad came with us and we met up with Melanie (my sister) and Greg. We ate more than any person ever should, but isn't that one of the best parts of the fair!?!
Here is a list of food we enjoyed:
bimbo burger
pronto pup (aka corn dog)
tortatoes
carmel apple
funnel cake
teriyaki chicken bowl
raspberry yogurt
sugar almonds

After dinner, we went to the hypnotist show. Thank you Justin and Amber for the great parking!

Sorry I missed you guys, you are party animals. What do you do at the fair 'til 11:30. You must have been having a good time or either waiting for your food to digest.
That's so funny-- I was just telling Collin this long (boring to him I'm sure) detailed story about the first time I ever went to the fair--which was with you and your parents! All 3 of us smooshed into that tiny truck and drove down there, and you and I put stickers from all the vendors all over our jackets! I don't remember much else than that but I remember thinking we were so cool! I think we were in like 5th or 6th grades or something.
Oh Yummmmmmm.....i LOVE fair food. Pronto Pups top the chart for me followed by a tiger ear. I SO want to try the fried candy bars and twinkies. And the navajo tacos tempt me every year. Glad you went and enjoyed! It only comes once a year.

I miss the SE Idaho State Fair like crazy, it makes me homesick to even think about it. I wish we could be there to enjoy all the good fair food!
I didn't see Tigar Ear's making the cut?! We love us some Tiger Ears!
