Manwaring May has been filled with lots of fun...still more posts to come. We have had some good weather days and took full advantage! Eli is outside 24/7 and always on the look out for people to talk to! His first things he says or should I say yells "HEY, HEY, My name is Eli!" this then starts the conversation or should I say one sided conversation of Eli saying whatever comes to mind talking about the grass, trains, his bike, what he did that day. He is really good at not letting people leave!
The other day I watched him call some kids playing in the field behind the house, he just kept talking to them until they came over and said Hi, he then kept talking. I was in the kitchen doing the dishes with the window open and I heard them say "well, we have to on a walk now," to which he would reply "Hey, Hey I have something to tell you!" or " I have an idea" and go off on another randem tangent. After 4 times of them saying they had to go and Eli keeping them I had to go out and tell Eli to say bye and let them leave! This happens EVERYDAY...I have a feeling he won't be a shy kid!

| The Finished Fort |
 |
| He sleeps in a fort most nights, but this night we put him to bed in the fort and later when we were going to bed found him in our bed! Silly boy- he likes to sneak around when he is supposed to be in bed! |
